Every Ojas consultant is a regular daily practitioner of meditation and physical exercise. They are personal examples in the pursuit of preventative health care, which must come to involve spiritual growth and development as our common birthright. This conscious work is to have a closer relationship with the Divine reality. A place that is energetically open and uncongested gives us a base and support to work for our positive, deeper and spiritual progress. We believe that our spiritual awareness allows our higher and inspired hopes and dreams to come forward. Through this evolution we all become contributors to the world family, examples of people who value service to humanity.
